We aim to prepare and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

UK DELIVERY

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

All UK orders are dispatched within 2 working days.

Available as a premium delivery option at checkout if you would like to receive your fragrance decants sooner.

Orders placed on a Friday, weekend or UK bank holiday will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.

RETURNS

You must tell us that you wish to return an eligible product within 14 days after receiving your order. After notifying us, you must return it within a further 14 days.

Email sales@decantedperfumes.co.uk with your name and order number. We will provide the return address and instructions. Customers are responsible for change-of-mind return postage.

OPENED OR USED FRAGRANCE DECANTS

Opened, unsealed or used fragrance decants will not be accepted for a change-of-mind return where the statutory hygiene exception applies. To receive a full change-of-mind refund, the decant should remain unused and any hygiene or tamper-evident seal must remain intact. Opening the external delivery parcel alone does not count as opening the decant.

This restriction does not apply if the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

We are legally required to supply products that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If there is a problem, contact us as soon as reasonably possible. We will provide the remedy required by consumer law and cover reasonable return costs where the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

REFUNDS

For an eligible return, we will refund the product price to the original payment method. If you cancel the whole order, we will also refund the cost of our least-expensive standard delivery method. Any additional premium-delivery charge is not refundable unless required by law.

We may withhold a change-of-mind refund until we receive the returned product or evidence that it has been sent. We will issue the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after that point.
