We aim to prepare and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

UK DELIVERY

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

All UK orders are dispatched within 2 working days.

Free delivery on all UK orders over £30.

Available as a premium delivery option at checkout if you would like to receive your fragrance decants sooner.

Orders placed on a Friday, weekend or UK bank holiday will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.

RETURNS

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging and in the same condition in which they were delivered.

Due to hygiene and product-quality considerations, opened or used fragrance decants cannot be returned unless they arrived faulty, damaged or different from what was ordered.

Please contact Decanted Perfumes and wait for return approval before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item supplied was damaged, faulty or incorrect.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please check your order shortly after delivery.

If an item has arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, contact Decanted Fragrances as soon as possible. Please include your order details and clear photographs of the issue where relevant.

Once we have reviewed the information provided, we will arrange the most suitable resolution.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.

If you would prefer another fragrance or decant size, you can return an eligible item following the returns process above. Once the return has been accepted, you can place a separate order for your preferred product.

Refunds

We will inspect your return after it arrives and notify you once a decision has been made.

If approved, the refund will be sent to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the funds in your account.
