Processing Time

We aim to prepare and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

All UK orders are dispatched within 2 working days.

Orders placed on a Friday, weekend or UK bank holiday will be processed on the next working day.

UK Delivery

• Free Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery on all UK orders over £30.

• Royal Mail Tracked 24 is available as a premium delivery option at checkout if you would like to receive your fragrance decants sooner.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.

International Delivery

We offer international delivery to selected countries.

Available delivery options and costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

International orders are typically delivered within 10 working days after dispatch, although delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs processing.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by their country's authorities.
